In August, Peak Energy transformed our crawl space into a cleaner, drier and healthier environment! After all, it is the ‘lungs’ of our home!! They came in and disposed of much of the junk and rocks we had down there, sprayed for mold and sanitation, placed a thick plastic as a moisture barrier, sealed vents, installed drains, insulated the access door and other interventions. We can eat off the ground in there!! I highly recommend them.
Peak Energy saved our crawl space and dare I say… house. The crawl space beneath our house was a mess, exposed uneven earth, flooding and poorly functioning sump pump and drainage… leading to high humidity, not good. Nathan and his team were able to regrade, put down vapor barrier and address the sump pump and drains. We have not had an issue since! Nathan is also very prompt in responding and came out after the work was complete to make sure everything was functioning correctly. We can’t recommend him and his team enough!

After the encapsulation, we had some minor drainage issues during a very hard rain.
